Privacy Policy

RaffleForge Pro is an Android app for organizers who run prize draws at events. This policy explains what the app collects, what it doesn't, and who else is involved.

The short version. Your raffles, participants and winners stay on your device. There are no accounts and no sign-in. The only data leaving your phone goes to Google, for ads and payments, and to RevenueCat, to remember what you purchased.

Who we are

RaffleForge Pro is an independently developed Android app. For any question about this policy, or about how the app handles data, write to raffleforgeph@gmail.com and we will reply.

What stays on your device

Everything you create in the app is stored locally in the app's own storage and is never uploaded to us:

Raffle projects, titles, dates and prize details
Participant names, contact details you choose to enter, and their entry numbers
Draw results, winners and certificates
Custom themes, including any logo, background image or music you add
App settings such as your chosen language and theme

We have no server and no copy of this data. If you export a CSV backup or share a poster, that file goes wherever you send it, and that sharing is under your control. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it permanently, so keep your own backups of anything you need.

What is collected

Two categories of data are collected through services built into the app.

Free and Basic plans display banner ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob uses your device's advertising ID to select ads and avoid repeating the same one. You can reset or delete that ID at any time in Settings → Google → Ads on your phone. Paid Pro and Business plans, and the one-time ad removal purchase, turn ads off entirely.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Google Play. We never see or receive your card number, billing address or any other payment details. RevenueCat receives a record of what was purchased, along with an anonymous identifier, so the app knows which features to unlock across reinstalls.

Your name, email address or phone number
Your location
Your contacts, photos, files or messages
Participant information from your raffles

Children

RaffleForge Pro is intended for adults organizing events and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through this app, contact us and we will look into it.

Your choices

Reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings at any time.
Remove ads by upgrading to a paid plan or buying the one-time ad removal.
Delete everything by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage in Android settings.
Ask a question about your data by emailing us; we will respond within 30 days.

Because the app holds no account and stores nothing on our side, there is no account for us to delete on request.

Security

Data sent to Google and RevenueCat travels over encrypted HTTPS connections. Data stored on your device is protected by Android's app sandbox, which prevents other apps from reading it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we encourage you to keep your device locked and updated.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
